Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the location perfect. 5 minute walk to the metro, 45 min walk into the centre of Rome, gave us the chance to walk back when we had time, and see lots more of the city. We used the electric scooters to travel back one evening which were great fun. Plenty of really good bars and restaurants within a short walking distance.

I have stayed at Crossroad Hotel several times. The location is perfect, the rooms are simple but smartly designed. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be putting full body mirrors somewhere in the room, as they are always useful. The only mirror is in the bathroom, and a second mirror is always good to have specially if you are travelling with someone else.

Location is super perfect for tourists! It's very close to the metro station Pyramid and to the train station where the train arrives straight from the airport. The hotel and room are clean and staff was very friendly!
